RNZAF Band

It is great to be back in Wellington! From now until the 28th of January the the ASB Garden Magic Series features a free concert every night... I went along to the second installment featuring the 'Central Band of the Royal NZ Air Force':

"Put on your dancing shoes and swing the night away. Led by Flight Lieutenant Owen Clarke and featuring guest vocalist Bella Kalolo, the Royal NZ Air Force Swing Band will play all your big band favourites including music from Glenn Miller to Stevie Wonder and everything in between."

Uh, right! Anyway, I loaded up the camera, and here are the results:


1 - The light show is up to its usual standards - I only had the monopod, so the definitive collection will have to wait

3 - the gardens seem rather lush for mid-summer


4 - late in the evening, and plenty of dancing types enjoying the music
